High Intensity Workouts in LilybodHappy Wednesday! This post is a little bit different than usual, because today I’m sharing some high intensity workouts in Lilybod leggings. I don’t talk much about my fitness routine, but if you know me personally you would know that I go to the gym everyday. When I first started working out I wasn’t a member of a gym and just learned slowly from Youtube videos. After years of working out I’ve learned some awesome exercises, even for those who don’t have a gym to go to. So for my first workout post I wanted to share some high intensity workouts that will have you burning calories while not having to use any weights. High Intensity Workouts in LilybodWhen working out you of course need the perfect attire, and I am a huge fan of wearing leggings. These leggings from Lilybod are my absolute favorite. They’re really comfy and super flattering, which is a must! High Intensity Workouts in LilybodWarm Up-Basic Squats: Squats are a great way to warm up. They get the blood moving through your legs, while also lifting your butt.High Intensity Workouts in LilybodTricep DipsTricep dips can be done anywhere, just find yourself a bench(or you can even do them on the floor). Keep your elbows tucked in and use only your arms to push you up, not your legs. To up-level, lift one leg and complete your sets, then alternate. High Intensity Workouts in LilybodWalking Lunges: Walking lunges are another great exercise for your legs. If you have weights you can do this exercise with them, or find a steep hill like I did.High Intensity Workouts in LilybodSide Lunges: Side lunges are another great exercise for your legs. Simply keep both your feet pointing forward and lunge to each side, straightening on leg and bending the other. You can also add weights to this exercise.High Intensity Workouts in LilybodStep Up with Lunge: This leg exercise is one of my favorites, and let me tell you it’s killer. Step up onto a bench with one leg, then come down into a lunge(with the foot you stepped up with, now behind you). Do both sides, and you can add weights as well if you want.
High Intensity Workouts in LilybodTuck Jumps: Tuck jumps are another amazing high intensity workout. Simply jump up while tucking your knees in and repeat.

Burpee Bench Jump: Lastly, and probably my favorite workout is the burpee bench jump. Start with a burpee(jumping down into plank and then standing up), then instead of jumping into the air jump onto the bench. This exercise is super intense, but will give you some awesome results. Make sure to land lightly with your whole foot on the bench.
High Intensity Workouts in LilybodHeadstand: Obviously this is more advanced, but I think they’re fun to do even if it’s up against a wall. It is super good for your core, and it’s just nice to go upside down sometimes!
